Payment Terms

- All payments are securely processed via Stripe - Prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD) - Annual plans are billed yearly - One-time services are charged at the time of purchase Refund Policy: - Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if service has not yet started - No refunds after service processing has begun - Government fees (e.g., state registration fees) are non-refundable once paid - For refund requests, contact gen@aizd.org

Limitation of Liability

- Our services are provided on a "best effort" basis - We do not guarantee specific processing timelines (government processing times may vary) - We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by users - We do not provide legal or tax advice; we provide compliance service execution only - To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENCHEN LLC's total liability shall not exceed the service fees you have paid Tax Compliance Guarantee: If our error causes non-compliance in your tax filing, we will correct it for free and cover any resulting penalties.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration in the State of California. Arbitration results are final and binding.

Termination

- You may cancel your account at any time - Unused portions of annual subscriptions are non-refundable upon cancellation - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if users violate these terms - After termination, your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
